Crowded Cities: New Methodology in COVID-19 Risk Assessment

چکیده

In this paper, we provide a novel approach to distinguish livable urban densities from crowded cities and describe how distinction has proved be critical in predicting COVID-19 contagion hotspots low- middle-income country. Urban population density—considered as the ratio of land area, without reference floor space consumption or other measures livability—can have large drawbacks. To address drawback between density crowding, it is important adjust for well open neighborhood amenities. We use dataset on building heights, representative worldwide, measure based area per person apply develop hotspot predictive tool help city leaders prioritize civic medical resources during pandemic. conclude by outlining priority interventions that could enable local governments transform into places.
